Urbnest Property is seeking a reliable, organised, and detail-oriented Property Manager Assistant/ Admin assistant to support our property management team by conducting entry inspections, data entry and admin tasks. About the Role:

Data entry using user-friendly property management software- Console Cloud and Inspect realestate

Collect, drop off, and cut keys as needed for tenant and property access

Prepare accurate and thorough property condition reports

Coordinate with the property management team to ensure smooth tenant onboarding

Enjoy the freedom to manage your own schedule and hours

Skills and Attributes:

Current driver’s license & well-presented car

Ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks.

A positive attitude and a desire to create win-win outcomes

Excellent attention to detail, especially when preparing inspection reports

Highly organised with the ability to manage time and tasks independently

Reliable and punctual – a dependable presence for our team and clients

Confident using apps, smartphones, and digital tools

Comfortable working on the road and communicating professionally with clients and colleagues

Requirements:

A reliable car and a current driver’s licence

Current Certificate of Registration

Willingness to travel to various properties within the metro area

A proactive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn
