Job Title: Experienced Property Manager

JA Unity Property Services is a small property management team dedicated to providing exceptional service to our body corporate committees, property owners and tenants.

Position Summary:
We are seeking a Property Manager with proven experience in managing residential. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to oversee all aspects of property operations, including leasing, tenant relations, maintenance coordination and compliance.

This is a casual/part-time role for work - life balance offering above award rates and bonuses. Small rental roll to manage with option for property sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of assigned properties.

Manage tenant relations, including rent, lease agreements, renewals, and conflict resolution.

Conduct property inspections, work with our maintenance team.

Market vacancies and coordinate leasing activities.

Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal housing laws and regulations.

Provide regular reports and updates to property owners.

Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of landlord-tenant laws, Fair Housing regulations, and industry best practices.

Proficienct with Property Me.

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
