We are in search of a proactive Business Development Manager to take on a comprehensive role, focusing on residential and commercial markets. This position is tailor-made for a results-oriented individual who can utilise our well-established network to develop and expand the territory while fostering key relationships. We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a proven track record achieving results whilst working autonomously.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take charge of the entire sales cycle, from specification through architects and designers to builders and contractors.
• Formulate and execute targeted sales strategies catering to custom and high-end residential builders as well as commercial projects.
• Utilise an existing network in VIC to broaden the territory and extend market outreach.
• Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams to ensure client expectations are not only met but exceeded.

Ideal Experience:

• Substantial experience in business development within the architectural or building products sector.
• A proactive approach akin to a "self motivated GO GETTER."
• Proficient in managing the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to closure.
• Results and KPI driven, proven track record in meeting KPI's and targets
• Ambitious, persistent, and motivated with a genuine passion for surpassing client expectations.
• 7-10+ years experience in the industry
