The Role:

• Portfolio of 130 properties with NO LEASING, NO ROUTNES, NO TRUST ACCOUNTING
• Build rapport with landlords & tenants to ensure smooth running of the portfolio
• Conduct Entry & Exit inspections
• Maintenance management

The Candidate:

• Previous Property Management experience - ideally 2+ years required
• Car and driver's license required
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Current QLD Real Estate Certificate
