Position: Senior Property Manager
Locations: Logan, QLD
Salary: Up to $100,000 per annum plus Superannuation

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a sizeable 180 property rent roll, ensuring efficient operations and maintaining high occupancy rates
• Responding promptly to tenant inquiries and addressing any issues or concerns
• Coordinating property maintenance and liaising with contractors and vendors
• No routine inspections, only manage entry and exit inspections/reports
• Ensuring compliance with tenancy laws and regulations
• Collaborating with the team to achieve organisational objectives

Qualifications Required:

• Proven experience in property management, preferably with a large rent roll
• In-depth knowledge of relevant tenancy laws and regulations
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• A customer-centric approach and a passion for providing exceptional service
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and foster a positive work environment
• A current Real Estate License or Certificate of Registration (QLD)
