The Role

We're seeking a detail-oriented Finance Officer to support day-to-day finance operations, including accounts payable and receivable, client invoicing, payroll support, and compliance administration.

Key Responsibilities

Process supplier invoices, receipts, and payments

Generate client invoices and manage receivables

Reconcile accounts, prepare reports, and resolve discrepancies

Support payroll processing and superannuation reporting

Assist with month-end closing, audits, and compliance activities

Maintain financial databases and records with accuracy

About You

Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration

2-3 years' experience in finance or accounting role

Solid understanding of AP/AR, GST, and compliance

Proficiency with Xero; experience with Astute Payroll highly desirable

Strong Excel and data entry accuracy

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills

Ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities
