About the Role
The primary purpose of this role is to provide technical and administration support to WVPHN including contracts administration, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and other similar duties as directed.
Duties include:
Process general Accounts Receivable, assist with invoicing (reconciliations) and maintain accurate records
Process general Accounts Payable, creating and maintaining debtor information, including verification of debtors, responding to vendor and staff queries
Assist with other general financial duties as directed by Finance Lead/Accountant.
Skills & Experience
Finance experience including accounts payable and receivable
High level of proficiency using Microsoft Office software
Ability to work well in a team environment
High level interpersonal and communication skills
Experience with Technology One is desirable, but not essential
Employment requirements
Be prepared to undergo a National Police Check, prior to appointment
A current Victorian driver’s licence
Working rights in Australia (visa, permanent resident, citizen)
