Our purpose-built state of the art and well-resourced Centre is due to open soon in Castle Hill and we're seeking a Room Leader with a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care to develop and implement quality programs and build strong family connections in a Full-Time Permanent Role.

In this role you will be responsible for;

Lead and oversee the day to day operations of your team, ensuring a safe engaging and developmentally appropriate learning environment

Creating and implementing a developmentally appropriate program aligned with the EYLF

Fostering a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment for children in your care

Leading and mentoring a team of Educators and promoting best practices in early childhood education

Building strong, respectful relationships with families, ensuring open and effective communication

Maintaining accurate documentation of children's progress and developmental milestones

Our idea of a quality Lead Educator is someone with:

A Diploma or above in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)

Demonstrated a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a leadership role within an Early Learning setting

A deep understanding of the EYLF and National Quality Standards (NQS)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

A commitment to ongoing professional development and reflective practice

Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificates and a valid Working with Children Check
