Are you a passionate educator ready to lead and inspire? Busy Bees at Campbelltown is looking for a dedicated Lead Educator to join our nurturing and dynamic team!

As a Lead Educator, you’ll take charge of your room, mentor other educators, and deliver high-quality early childhood education in line with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards. Your leadership will shape a positive and inclusive learning environment for our children and team.

What we’re looking for:

Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA equivalent)

Experience leading a room and mentoring team members

Strong knowledge of EYLF, NQS, and developmental practices

Valid Working with Children Check, First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates
