As a Lead Educator, you’ll play a key role in shaping children’s learning and development through inspiring programs, mentoring your team, and creating a safe and inclusive environment. You'll lead by example and help drive quality outcomes for children, families, and educators alike.

Set in a beautiful location, this 94-place centre boasts spacious outdoor environments including a mud kitchen, fort, swings, slides, vegetable garden, and sandpit. We foster curiosity, joy, and wonder in a homely atmosphere led by caring and passionate educators.

✅ What We’re Looking For

Essential Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved)

Current Working With Children Check

First Aid Certification including Asthma and Anaphylaxis

Essential Skills & Attributes:

Strong knowledge of the EYLF and NQS

Confident and inspiring team leadership and mentoring

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to create, implement and evaluate engaging programs

Collaborative, team-first mindset

Desirable:

Previous experience as a Lead Educator / Room Leader

Inclusive practices for children with additional needs

Proficiency with planning and documentation software

Experience working with allied health or external support professionals
