About the Role
We’re seeking a dedicated and driven Lead Educator to become an integral part of our toddler space on a permanent full-time basis. In this teaching–mentoring role, you’ll lead three toddler rooms, run fortnightly meetings, and mentor educators while taking on the responsibilities of Hub Leader. You’ll foster a nurturing environment through the RIE approach, support children’s learning and development, and collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team to deliver high-quality care, as well as strong family partnerships.

- Enthusiastic, dedicated and reliable professional who is relentless in the pursuit of excellence for children and willing to grow with our service
- Motivation to build and maintain positive relationships and meaningful connections with colleagues, families, children, and the wider community.
Essential Criteria:
- Valid NSW Working With Children Check
- Well developed understanding of contemporary child safe practices
- Educational Leader role exposure or experience desirable, but not essential
- Flexible, adaptable and available for full-time work all hours/days the service is operational
- Strong proven Team/Room Leader/Lead Educator experience paired with a true passion for the toddler age group
- ACECQA approved Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care, or can be working towards, depending on course progress. Please note: degree qualified Teachers are not required and therefore not being considered at this time
- Current relevant First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Certificates, Food Safety and Child Protection training with a recognised course code for Identify and Report Children and Young People at Risk (or willing to obtain/refresh).
