Key Responsibilities:

Handle and process a large volume of documents, including scanning, data entry, and document personalisation.

Ensure the quality and accuracy of travel document applications prior to final processing.

Perform quality assurance checks to ensure compliance with Australian standards.

Provide administrative support to ensure timely and accurate issuance of Australian travel documents.

Maintain high performance standards and meet key deadlines in line with the APO Performance Framework.

Key Requirements:

Essential:

Australian Citizenship (mandatory for eligibility).

Strong customer service experience (preferably in a legislative or structured environment).

High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with customers effectively.

Ability to work with numerical and written information.

Comfortable with repetitive tasks and high-volume workloads.

Adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines.
