Our client operating in the Racking Industry, is committed to delivering exceptional end-to-end storage solutions. They are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Assistant to manage their after-sales service processes. This role is crucial in maintaining reputation as a highly trusted storage solution provider by ensuring smooth delivery and installation of the products.

Major duties and responsibilities

Coordinate and track all post-sale activities from order confirmation to installation completion

Liaise between sales team, delivery partners, and installation crews

Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to both sales team and customers

Manage installation scheduling and coordinate with relevant teams

Maintain accurate records of all after-sales activities in our CRM system

Follow up on customer feedback and escalate issues when necessary

Ensure all service delivery meets BHD's high standards

Qualifications

Experience in customer service or project coordination role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organisational and time management abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and Word)
