To meet increasing demand for work on Defence Projects within GWEO, NSSG & CASG, we are seeking expressions of interests from Project Support Officers, Project Managers, ILS Officers, Cyber Security, Commercial Managers and Maritime or Systems Engineers to join our Canberra team.

We are looking for professionals with strong subject knowledge and clear communication skillsets to play a key role in delivering projects and managing capability across the lifecycle to achieve critical Defence outcomes. We're keen to connect with professionals who bring hands-on Defence project experience, solid technical expertise, and a collaborative approach to working with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Please note: To be eligible to apply you must hold Australian Citizenship and an active/have held a minimum Baseline Security Clearance.

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum 3 years' experience in a Defence project environment.

Mid-level experience with 5-8 years of relevant professional experience is preferred.

Tertiary qualification in a STEM discipline and/or significant Defence acquisition or sustainment project experience.

Proven ability to support and deliver Defence capability projects that meet technical and program requirements.

Key Skills

Proven background in Maritime or Systems Engineering, Project Support/Management, Cyber Security, Systems Engineering, or ILS-related disciplines.

Strong stakeholder engagement and communication capabilities, including proficiency in report writing and delivering presentations.

Skilled at performing under pressure, with the flexibility to work autonomously or collaboratively within a team.

Prior experience within the relevant industry is highly regarded.
