FMA Partners is seeking an Administration Assistant to join our team on a full time basis.
We specialise in Business, Strategic & Tax Advisory, delivering exceptional value to our clients everyday. With a growing team across our Cronulla & CBD offices, we’re far from your average accounting firm—you’ll see that for yourself when we meet!
About the Role
This position involves providing administration support to our vibrant team and contributing to the smooth operation of the business. This role is designed for a highly motivated individual who wants to progress their administration and office skills and thrives on learning new skills and working with a team who values each other and high-quality client service.
You will provide support on a wide range of administrative tasks across our internal business operations. Any experience in accounting or professional services firms is preferred. If you are proactive, love keeping things organised, keen to learn and enjoy helping others, we’d love to meet you!
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for ensuring the office and meeting spaces are consistently presentable, and for welcoming and greeting clients in a professional manner
Office administration support as the first point of contact for visitors and incoming phone calls, including preparation of letters, collation of documents for client meetings & scanning and filing.
Marketing including drafting of social media, EDM and blog content
Support to the Office Manager and Client Services Co-ordinator on a daily basis on all general administrative tasks.
Support with internal administration projects and assist in the planning of company events.
About You
Prior experience in a similar administration role
Any background in accounting, finance or professional services is a plus, and ASIC/Corporate Secretarial is a bonus!
Good organisation skills and keen attitude to learn
Highly developed written and verbal communication abilities
Demonstrated integrity, discretion, and confidentiality, especially when handling highly sensitive information
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel
Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing priorities
