What You’ll Do

Business Analysis & Process Design

Partner with stakeholders to analyse business needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements.

Conduct interviews, workshops, and workflow mapping to capture “As-Is” and design “To-Be” processes.

Document functional specifications, business rules, and testable user stories.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.

Solution Delivery & Change Management

Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to ensure solutions align with business objectives.

Support testing, system rollouts, and change management activities.

Provide input into training and adoption plans for new processes and systems.

General IT Management

Ensure alignment with global IT policies.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders and subsidiary IT counterparts for consistent communication of IT decisions.

Support resolution of major IT incidents, customization issues, and escalated problem investigations.

Ensure that security standards relating to data and network protection are enforced and maintained under global IT security policy

What You’ll Bring

Strong IT background with the ability to understand applications, workflows, and integrations.

Proven experience translating business needs into system requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to propose practical solutions.

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including facilitation and interviewing.

Ability to produce high-quality documentation (requirements, process maps, functional specs).

Experience in process modelling and requirement definition.

Desirable

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in technology-enabled projects.

Industry experience in logistics, supply chain, or automotive.

Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams

Proficiency in Korean (verbal and written) is highly desirable.
