The Opportunity

We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join our team and play a pivotal role in the ongoing development of SKGenius, our proprietary CRM platform. This position will drive system optimisation, deliver data-driven insights, and support end-users through training and change management.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced analyst who thrives at the intersection of business needs, technology solutions, and user engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Analyse business requirements, data trends, and system performance to deliver actionable insights.

Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualisation tools.

Support system testing (functional, regression, and UAT) and contribute to SKGenius development priorities.

Ensure data integrity, governance, and compliance with ISO standards.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define metrics, KPIs, and system improvements.

Collaborates with stakeholders to ensure proposed solutions align with business objectives.

Design and deliver user training programs, manuals, and onboarding sessions as per the client and project needs.

Drive change management initiatives to ensure the successful adoption of SKGenius enhancements.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related discipline (postgraduate qualifications desirable).

Proven experience as a Business/Systems Analyst within IT or service-based industries.

Strong skills in requirements gathering, data analysis, process optimisation, and system integration.

Proficiency with Power BI (or Tableau), SQL, and familiarity with Python or R.

Knowledge of Agile/Scrum project methodologies and tools (e.g., Trello, Jira).

Experience in user training, change management, and software testing methodologies.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into practical business outcomes.
