A leading ASX-listed property investment manager is seeking an experienced MRI Systems Administrator to join their team. This role focuses on the administration, support, and optimisation of the MRI property software platform, ensuring smooth operation and ongoing application support.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain the MRI environment, ensuring configurations align with property management and finance best practices.
• Provide day-to-day application support to users across the business.
• Assist with system configuration, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Develop and deliver training, documentation, and knowledge transfer for end users.
• Monitor system performance, identify issues, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience.
• Liaise with software vendors and internal IT teams to resolve technical issues.

Experience:

• Experience in a Systems Analyst, Systems Administrator, or Application Support role within the property industry.
• Strong knowledge of the MRI suite of products
• Hands-on experience with configuration and application support.
