We are looking for someone who loves talking with people, being on the phone, delivering strong sales support and awesome customer service.
About Your Role...
Our dedicated team of Estimators produce quotes for individuals, business owners and organisations from all over the Sunshine Coast and East Coast of Australia. We want to give customers an incredible customer journey with us by ensuring every single quote is followed up individually and our customers are extremely well looked after.
Unique to our industry, our Estimators are not only Estimators, once the job is won they are also the Project Managers, responsible for seeing each job through to high quality delivery. Right now, our business is growing so they need support with follow up of specific clients and quotes - and that's where you come in!
Your goal will be to increase our already healthy conversion rates through consistent, reliable follow up, communication, regular touch points and customer service. You'll make sure our customers, no matter if if its a once off quote or one of many for a long term client, feel loved and appreciated by Sunquest Signs.
You'll also be helping with our account management and building strong relationships. Our client base is full of warm opportunities for us to do more with and for many clients. Another goal of yours will be ensuring our average annual revenue achieved per customer increases over time through your consistent, amazing service, excellent communication and follow up.
You'll work hand in hand with our knowledgeable and experienced Estimators to deliver these mission critical results.

If successful in your application, your work will involve:
Delivering first-class sales & customer service
Making outbound phone calls, engaging with customers over the phone following up, converting quotes and booking in jobs
Talking with customers on the phone and via email to convert and support the sales process
Working closely with a team to produce sales results and ensure customer service excellence throughout the customer's experience
Supporting the team and Owners in communicating with key clients via phone and email, booking appointments into their diaries and so on
Answering inbound phone calls in a polite, friendly and timely way as well as welcoming any walk in's to the business premises
Managing inbound emails, responding to customers and distributing those to the right team members
Using our admin systems to track your activity, deliver accurate sales reporting, keep detailed notes about customers, quotes and projects. (Eventually you'll become our right hand at using Monday.com, especially the CRM and tracking sales!)
Participating in team and sales meetings and trainings, improving processes where needed and working closely with leadership to achieve the growth goals of the business
Building strong, positive working relationships with both team and customers

About You ...
You're friendly and outgoing - you love people, communicating and building relationships.
You're passionate - about customer service, doing excellent work, sales and following a sales process and being super responsive to customers and team.
You're an excellent communicator - by phone, by email and as part of a team.
You're productive - you have strong admin and organisational skills and like getting stuff done every day!
You're results focussed - you love chasing and achieving sales targets and celebrating the wins as a team.
You're disciplined - you love tracking sales stats, keeping the Sales Tracker & CRM 100% up to date and reporting results.
You're comfortable with tech - you are happy to use our systems and apps such as Monday.com and general business tools such as Word, Excel etc to drive productivity and transparency.
