We’re looking for a Site Foreman/Supervisor to join our team and lead the way in creating outstanding projects that meet the highest standards.

Your Role

As a Site Foreman, you’ll work closely with the Civil Construction team, taking responsibility for:

• Coordinating staff and subcontractors on-site.
• Managing trades, labor, and materials.
• Overseeing WH&S compliance.
• Delivering projects on time and within budget while maintaining quality.
• Supporting and guiding civil workers.
• Driving the construction program.

What You Bring

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 5 years of experience with a proven track record in subdivisions, roads, and bulk earthworks.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in reporting and programming.
• Computer skills.
• Relevant tickets and a construction white card.
