We are seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor to join a leading contractor on a major Defence infrastructure project in Townsville.

The Project

• Tier 1 Defence infrastructure works
• Roads, drainage, and associated civil works
• Long-term pipeline of work for the right candidate

The Role
As Civil Supervisor, you will:

• Oversee day-to-day site operations across roads and drainage packages
• Manage subcontractors and crews to deliver works safely, on time, and to quality standards
• Conduct prestart meetings, toolbox talks, and ensure OHS compliance
• Coordinate with project engineers and managers to meet program milestones
• Drive productivity and foster a positive team culture on site

About You

• Proven experience as a Civil Supervisor on roads, drainage, or infrastructure projects
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage subcontractors and direct labour
• Sound knowledge of safety systems, QA, and compliance requirements
• Defence project experience highly regarded, but not essential
• Commitment to delivering works to Tier 1 standards
