TPM Builders is seeking experienced and motivated Site Supervisors / Site Foremen / Site Managers to join our team. This full-time position will suit those with a hands-on approach and trade back-ground. Our projects are located in the Greater Brisbane Area - Majority on the South and West side of Brisbane.

Our office is based on the north side of Brisbane, with current projects located in southeast Queensland. We specialise in commercial construction including Tilt Panel Warehouses, Childcare Facilities, Service Stations and Convenience Centres. We believe our team is central to a successful project. About The Role

The successful candidates will work on Commercial/Industrial developments, responsible for supervising all trades from civil to handover. Candidates will be supported in this role by our onsite Tradie crew, and our administrative team of Contract and Project Managers. They will also receive on-job training for our Project & Safety Management Software.

Skills, Knowledge & Abilities Required:

· Effective organisational, communication and leadership skills.

· Confidence to communicate with Suppliers and Sub-Contractors

· Ability to read building specifications and plans

· Having knowledge of building codes and WPHS

· Able to solve mathematical problems.

· Able to interpret drawings and diagrams.

· Experience with Procore (advantageous)

· Experience with 1Breadcrumb (advantageous)

Requirements & qualifications:

· Construction Induction Card / White Card

· Australian driver’s license

· Trade qualifications/license

· Site Supervisors License (advantageous)
