Front Desk Agent – Motel (North Brisbane)

We’re looking for a cheerful, friendly and reliable Front Desk Agent to join our Brisbane motel team. This role suits someone who enjoys working independently, multitasking, and keeping guests happy during busy times. Hospitality or front desk experience mandatory

What you’ll do:

Welcome guests with a warm smile and positive attitude

Handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservations efficiently

Manage guest enquiries in person, by phone, and email

Work independently and keep things running smoothly during peak periods

Assist with daily administration and motel operations

What we’re looking for:

Strong customer service skills with a friendly personality

Ability to stay calm, organised, and professional under pressure

Comfortable working alone and making quick decisions

Good communication and problem-solving skills

Advanced computer knowledge (booking systems , RMS etc)

Hospitality or front desk experience mandatory

Location: Brisbane
⌚ Flexible shifts (including weekends and evenings)

If you’re quick, confident, and able to handle a busy front desk on your own, we’d love to hear from you. You can get 25-38hrs per week - Be full time or part time
