About the Role

As a Casual Floor Supervisor, you will be a key part of our leadership team, working hands-on during service to ensure smooth operations and unforgettable guest experiences. Your responsibilities will include:

Providing outstanding, professional service to every table.

Running plates, clearing, and ensuring seamless table service.

Confidently explaining the food and beverage menus to guests.

Upselling food and beverage options to maximise the guest experience.

Demonstrating strong knowledge of wine, cocktails, and craft beverages, and making tailored recommendations.

Maintaining awareness of food allergies and dietary requirements.

Ensuring all staff deliver service that is polished, friendly, and consistent.

Overseeing all front-of-house duties and floor operations.

Training, mentoring, and motivating team members during service.

Supporting management with daily operations when required.
