TarraWarra Estate, a family-owned winery located in the picturesque Yarra Valley, is seeking enthusiastic and professional individuals to join our team as a casual front-of-house staff member in our 'one hat' restaurant.

The Role: As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for creating a positive and memorable experience for all our guests. You will be assisting with serving food and wine, managing guest inquiries, and ensuring that the venue runs smoothly.

Qualifications:

- RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) is a must

· - Previous front-of-house experience is essential

· - Wine knowledge and a passion for wine is required

· - Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

· - A desire to provide excellent customer service
