About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Front of House team member to join our dynamic team at Black Cup Cafe' in East Geelong, VIC. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a vital part in delivering an exceptional dining experience.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner

Assisting customers with menu selections and providing recommendations

Taking customer orders accurately and processing payments efficiently

Maintaining a high level of table service and ensuring customer satisfaction

Restocking and tidying the front of house area to keep it presentable

Providing support to the kitchen team as needed

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the hospitality industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for providing excellent customer service

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Enthusiasm, flexibility and a positive attitude

A keen eye for detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
