About the role

Sassone Cucina is seeking enthusiastic front-of-house staff to join our team. As part of our team, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience for our guests through efficient and friendly service.

What you'll be doing

Welcoming and serving guests with friendly, attentive customer service

Taking orders, running food, and ensuring a smooth dining experience

Preparing and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages

Maintaining a clean and organised floor and service area

Assisting with set-up and pack-down of the restaurant

Supporting the team to deliver efficient, professional service

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a bar or hospitality setting, preferably in the restaurant industry

Strong customer service skills and the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure

Familiarity with food and beverage service

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate or willingness to obtain
