We’re looking for an Office Administrator to join our small but mighty team of three, supporting Melbourne’s maintenance and construction projects. This is a fast-paced, high-energy role where your multitasking, problem-solving, and communication skills will shine.
What You’ll Do 🚀
Schedule and coordinate jobs for trades and estimators across Melbourne suburbs, optimising efficiency.
Estimate job durations accurately, from door installations to brickwork repairs.
Handle client calls professionally while managing your workflow.
Enter work orders and schedule quote requests using ServiceM8.
Work closely with the admin team to ensure every job runs smoothly.
What We’re Looking For 🌟
Strong knowledge of maintenance and construction tasks.
Experience with ServiceM8 (essential).
Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage a busy workload.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Confident on the phone and able to multitask effectively.
Reliable, honest, and eager to grow with the business.
Bonus Points For 🎯
Prior experience with other job management systems.
Familiarity with Melbourne’s suburbs and travel routes.
