Redpath Partners is partnering with a boutique, design-led project, and development management company who is looking for a Project Manager ideally with Contract Administrator experience to join a growing team.

With a strong pipeline of projects including Retail, Commercial, Industrial, Education, Residential, and Hotel throughout Geelong and regional Victoria you will hit the ground running.

If you are a Contract Administrator with strong contractor management experience and are looking to work in a fast-paced, diverse role, for a client-side consultancy, or if you are a Project Manager within a client-side consultancy but want to work with a forward-thinking brand with diversity in its project pipeline then reach out.

Key Responsibilities of the Project Manager:

• Manage/support projects from design and procurement through to delivery.
• Manage stakeholders across consultants, contractors, and clients.
• Oversee contract administration, project budgets, and reporting.
• Contribute to lease management and tenancy coordination for retail projects.
• Work across multiple concurrent projects in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

The Individual:

• 5+ years’ industry experience in project delivery.
• 2+ years contract administration experience (hands-on experience working with builders/trades.)
• Strong understanding of contract management, procurement, and delivery processes.
• Experience in retail projects is highly regarded.
• Background may include contractor, builder, contract administrator, or client-side project management.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
