Due to consistent growth across our business, we’re seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Administrator to join our team at Airkorp. In this role, you’ll be the central point of coordination between our project managers, field staff, subcontractors, and suppliers—ensuring projects run smoothly, on time, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
As our Project Administrator, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless delivery of projects by:
Scheduling & Coordination – Collaborating with project managers and subcontractors to plan and schedule project jobs, monitor progress, and allocate resources.
Documentation – Preparing pre-start documentation such as SWMS, permits, inductions, and site management plans, ensuring compliance at every step.
Work Orders & Procurement – Reviewing quotes, raising purchase orders, and managing supplier and subcontractor work orders with accuracy and efficiency.
Resource Management – Coordinating personnel, equipment, and materials to optimise efficiency and reduce costs.
Monitoring & Reporting – Tracking project milestones, budgets, and risks, while providing regular updates to stakeholders.
Handover – Preparing clear and comprehensive handover documentation for clients at project completion.
Continuous Improvement – Identifying inefficiencies, contributing to lessons learned, and driving process enhancements.
Quality & Compliance – Ensuring all work aligns with industry standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
Customer Service – Acting as the point of contact for client queries, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and professionally.
What We’re Looking For

Strong organisational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Confidence working with multiple stakeholders in a high-pressure environment
A proactive mindset with the ability to identify and implement improvements
High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting
A collaborative approach and ability to work effectively within a team
Construction experience is highly regarded
Note: this is an in-office role, not WFH
