The Role

• Prepare detailed BOQs and cost estimates from drawings and specifications
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing and lead times
• Review tender documents and interpret technical plans
• Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality
• Assist with tender submissions and client pricing presentations
• Monitor actual costs vs. estimates to improve future quoting accuracy
• Collaborate with the project team to ensure project objectives are met

About You

• Proven experience as an Estimator in shopfitting, interior fitouts, or similar construction-related fields
• Experience with high-volume retail rollouts is highly desirable
• Strong ability to read and interpret architectural and shop drawings
• Proficient in estimating software (particularly CostX and Bluebeam)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
