They are seeking a skilled Estimator to join their growing construction team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented and driven professional to contribute to a high-performing team, supporting projects through the entire lifecycle, from take-offs to cost management and supplier liaison

What you will do

• Prepare accurate bills of quantities, production estimates and cost breakdowns
• Generate and manage purchase orders, liaising with suppliers and subcontractors
• Review take-offs and ensure accuracy of material and labour requirements
• Collaborate with construction and design teams to ensure smooth project delivery
• Monitor project costs and maintain margin targets
• Support projects through their full lifecycle, including variation management and cost tracking
• Provide margin and cost reports to directors and stakeholders

What you need

• Minimum three years’ experience in a residential estimating role, medium-density experience is highly regarded.
• Qualifications in Building, Construction, or a relevant trade background are desirable.
• Strong understanding of the construction process, terminology, OHS requirements, and residential codes.
• Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
