PROJECTS

• High-end fit outs, complex refurbishments and new build construction within diverse sectors including Commercial, Hospitality, Education, Government, Light Industrial & more
• Project ranging from $1m - $20m

THE ROLE

• Preparing bill of quantities, gathering quotations and scope of works
• Detailed take-offs.
• Read and interpret Architectural & Engineering Drawings.
• Delegate and Manage other team members.
• Assist with tendering on multiple projects concurrently.
• Work within a team environment as well as operating autonomously.
• Gather and manage the tender documentation ready for submission.
• Maintain up to date knowledge of industry standards and prices.

YOU

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong time management and organisational abilities
• Skilled at building relationships and negotiating with subcontractors
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in construction
• Proven estimating experience in the construction and/or fitout & refurbishment industry (Melbourne/Victoria market
