THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator / Project Manager to take ownership of projects from tender through to delivery. This role is suited to someone with strong estimating capability and the ability to manage diverse electrical and civil infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for electrical and civil works, particularly public lighting and VESI-compliant projects.
• Lead projects through planning, procurement, delivery, and handover.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and compliance while ensuring exceptional safety standards.
• Liaise with clients, councils, and authorities, fostering long-term partnerships.
• Oversee subcontractor and supplier coordination, procurement, and project reporting.

ABOUT YOU To be successful, you’ll bring:

• Demonstrated experience in estimating and managing civil/electrical infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of public lighting, VESI standards, and VicRoads requirements.
• Proficiency with estimating and project management software.
• Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to balance detail with big-picture project outcomes.
• Electrical or civil engineering background highly regarded.
