With over 250 stores across Malaysia, Singapore, Australia, and New Zealand, they are now seeking a talented Retail Assistant / Customer Service Representative to join their teams at their Malvern and Richmond stores.

Key Responsibilities

As a key member of the team, your duties will include:

Providing outstanding customer service, assisting customers with inquiries and orders.

Upselling products and services to meet customer needs.

Performing skilled shoe and leather repairs on a variety of items, including shoes, belts, and bags.

Cutting keys and duplicating remotes for cars, garages, and homes.

Engraving personalized messages on gifts and pet tags.

Conducting watch services, such as battery replacements, pressure testing, and band adjustments.
