Certags, a leading industrial printing company is looking for a motivated Customer Service Person to join their busy team. This is a permanent opportunity located in Knoxfield, Victoria with an immediate start available.

Reporting to the Office Manager, some of the key responsibilities will include:

Taking and entering customer orders into the system

Basic computer skills are required for order entry and database management tasks

Stock Control

General administration (typing, filing and data entry)

Customer service (over the phone)

Maintaining customer databases

Learning our custom products, and being able to explain to customers

The right candidate must be:

Willing to learn

Entry level candidates welcome - no minimum customer service experience required

Able to work in a high volume, fast paced environment

Clear communication skills

Great customer service skills

Able to work within a team and independently

Understand Microsoft Products

Able to Multi-task on a Computer

Able to sit for long periods of time, while working on a computer

Able to climb 1 flight of stairs

Right to work in Australia with no Temporary Visa

Positions Include:

Customer Service - Full Time (38 Hours)

Hours are between Monday to Friday 8:30 AM to 4:30PM

No weekend work! Business Casual Setting.

WFH days negotiable after 3 Month Probation period.
