About the role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Education Counsellor & Marketing to join our growing team.

In this role, you will provide high-level counselling and support services to international students and their families. You will also play a key role in content creation, digital engagement, and social media outreach—including but not limited to webinars, promotional content, and student success stories.

What you'll be doing

Delivering personalized education counselling and guidance to prospective students, helping them identify the most suitable academic programs and institutions based on their goals and qualifications

Assisting students with the application process, including document preparation, enrolment and visa guidance

Developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote AOJI's education services and attract a steady pipeline of qualified leads

Maintaining strong relationships with partner institutions and education agents to expand our network and identify new opportunities

Providing excellent customer service and supporting students throughout their entire study journey

Monitoring industry trends and competitor activity to identify new market opportunities

Contributing to the continuous improvement of our student services and marketing initiatives

What we're looking for

Minimum 1 year of experience in an education counselling or student recruitment role, preferably in the international education sector

Thorough understanding of the Australian education system and visa requirements for international students

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively guide students

Strong marketing and lead generation skills, with experience in digital and traditional marketing channels

Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

Fluency in English and at least one other language, preferably Mandarin

Degree in a relevant field such as Education, Marketing or Business

A QEAC-qualified Counsellor or an MARN-registered Migration Agent is highly desirable
