We are seeking a new staff member to join our team in customer service and office administration.
The appointment will suit candidates looking to continue development of their career in administration and customer service.
What you'll be doing
Assisting with processing of customer warehouse and transport bookings.
Answering and directing incoming customer phone calls.
Telephone and email handling of general customer and supplier enquiries and booking.
Providing support with data entry and other administrative tasks.
Maintaining high company standards across all tasks.
What we're looking for
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Confident phone manner and ability to handle queries calmly and professionally.
A friendly, professional and proactive approach.
Reasonable computer knowledge.
Previous experience in an administration or customer service role (preferred but not essential).
