This is your chance to step onto large early works projects for Melbourne's biggest Data Centres!

You’ll step into a Site Engineer role where your technical expertise and eye for detail will drive delivery on key projects. Working as part of the civil group, you’ll support project engineers and managers while coordinating daily site operations. Your role will cover planning, supervising subcontractors, ensuring compliance, and keeping projects on track both financially and operationally.

The business has been established for more than thirty years and delivers complete service solutions across infrastructure, services, and renewables. With in-house crews, plant, and traffic teams, it takes on projects such as data centres, substations, road upgrades, and BESS installations. Clients include utility providers, Tier 1 builders, and government bodies, with operations across metropolitan and regional Victoria.

You’ll work closely with the Project Engineer and Site Manager, managing site activity, overseeing safety and quality systems, and ensuring documentation is maintained to the highest standard. This role offers you the opportunity to grow your career while gaining exposure to large, complex civil projects.

To be considered, you’ll need a degree or diploma in civil construction or engineering, and a minimum of 1/2 years of expereince as a SE on similar projects.

Salary is up to $165k, including super, depending on experience.
