An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager with strong property and civil expertise.

You will lead a small team and play a pivotal role in delivering the close-out stages of major urban renewal and infrastructure projects, including work within one of South Australia’s most significant redevelopment initiatives.

The Opportunity
In this role, you will:

• Lead a team of two (Development Manager and Assistant Development Manager), report to Senior Development Manager
• Drive the completion of outstanding project activities, ensuring close-out milestones are met.
• Oversee civil projects in the design phase, including cost validation, procurement, and delivery.
• Work with developers to ensure developments align with the vision for a mixed-use and innovation precinct.
• Support leasing and property matters as required by the project team.
• Resolve defects, land division, and environmental audit requirements to enable project settlements.
• Manage stakeholder engagement with tenants, councils, and community partners.
• Provide oversight of residential development agreements, land settlements, and apartment delivery.

About You:

• Proven experience in property and civil project management, including construction, sales, leasing, and conveyancing/land tenure.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• A track record of delivering complex, multi-disciplinary projects through all phases, from design to handover.
• Flexibility to work across both the Adelaide CBD office and site 20 south of CBD
