The Role

From October 2025, you’ll take charge of Finance, Legal, IT and Operations functions, leading a team of 7 direct reports while ensuring seamless collaboration across departments. The Responsibilities
● Lead, support & mentor a team of 7 across Finance, Legal, IT & Operations remotely
● Oversee end-to-end operational processes, ensuring efficiency & compliance
● Partner with senior leaders to deliver on organisational strategy & objectives
● Monitor performance metrics, budgets & reporting to ensure alignment
● Drive continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to refine systems & processes
● Foster collaboration across global teams while maintaining a strong local presence
The Requirements
You’ll bring proven experience as an Operations Manager, ideally with exposure to global operations. A strong track record in people management is essential, with the confidence to lead teams, manage competing priorities and drive results. While this role is fully remote, preference will be given to candidates based in South East Queensland to ensure alignment with future opportunities.
Your background will include:
● 3–5+ years in operations management or a senior leadership capacity
● Experience managing direct reports with a focus on coaching & development
● Exposure to Finance, Legal, IT or multi-unit operational environments (highly advantageous)
● Strong problem-solving, organisational & stakeholder management skills
● Ability to operate autonomously while thriving in a collaborative culture
