NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED (Internship followed by a full-time position)

This job opportunity is a 3 month internship, after the internship period the applicant will be offered a full-time paid position at the firm.

The main duties and responsibilities of the role will include:

Preparation of all tax compliance including Income Tax Return, Business Activity Statement and Financial Statement for Individual, Partnership, Company and Trust

Provide all accounting and taxation services to clients, including reconciliation, accounts payable and receivable, payroll and financial statements with HandiTax and Xero

Data Entry/Bookkeeping

Payroll System (XERO & HandiTax)

Financial Reports

BAS/GST Calculation & Reports

The Successful Candidate will require the following:

University qualification in Commerce, Accounting or currently undertaking a degree in accounting

Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of the relevant tax laws and regulations.
