Temper Group have continued to grow and expand over the years, becoming a dominant force in the Australian bake supplies & bakeware industry.
As a result of this progression, the team are seeking to hire an experienced and diligent individual to join our fast-growing team.

The position requirements are as follows:

∙ Manage all accounting and bookkeeping duties, including payroll

∙ Perform administration duties

∙ Manage product data and documents

∙ Manage all business insurances

∙ Preparation of quarterly Business Activity Statement and monthly Instalment Activity Statements

∙ Preparation of monthly Payroll Tax lodgements

∙ Liaising with external accountant

∙ Assisting purchasing and forecasting

∙ Various other ad-hoc duties as directed​

Candidate Qualifications

∙ 2+ years’ experience, with Xero exposure

∙ Must have Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and Outlook experience

∙ Preferred Cin7, Shopify or Lightspeed experience for stock management and point of sale, or willingness to learn the software

∙ Ability to work well individually as well as in a team

∙ High interpersonal skills, capable of managing multiple administrative tasks​
