Lindsay Park Racing is looking for a bright, innovative problem solver who can think independently but follows instructions as needed. In this role, you will need to excel at providing excellent service in the processing of monthly invoice/statements, developing supportive relationships with our valued clients and following up on collection of debts. The role will report directly to the CFO and involves regular reporting to senior management as well as a range of administration tasks. Candidates need strong interpersonal and communication skills, excellent time management, ability to multitask across competing operational and communication demands, a proactive hands on approach with a team-first mindset. You will need 5+ years of experience, to have worked extensively in debt collection, meticulous attention to detail and a genuine work ethic. Proficiency in Xero and Excel is a must as is a sound understanding of workplace safety, compliance and human resources. Experience in the racing industry and with Prism is desirable but not a must.
