Accounts Receivable Officer | Construction Industry

The Opportunity
An exciting role has arisen for an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join the finance team in a hands-on capacity. Reporting to the Head of Finance you’ll take ownership of the end-to-end receivables function, with a strong focus on collections and maintaining positive relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Full-function Accounts Receivable management using MYOB
• Generating invoices, receipts, and reconciliations
• Managing debtor ledgers and ensuring timely collections
• Building strong rapport with customers to resolve payment queries
• Supporting the wider finance team during month-end processes

About You

• Demonstrated AR experience in an end-to-end role (collections essential)
• Proficiency with MYOB or similar accounting systems
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a close-knit finance team
• A proactive, organised approach with a keen eye for detail
