About the Company

Key Responsibilities include:

• Prepare monthly management accounts, forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Support the annual budget process and funding acquittals.
• Complete balance sheet reconciliations and contribute to year-end reporting.
• Provide financial advice and support to operational managers.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and strengthen reporting.

About You

• CA/CPA qualified (or working towards) with strong management accounting experience.
• Proven ability to deliver accurate reporting and translate numbers into insights.
• Advanced Excel and financial systems skills; NFP/community services experience advantageous.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working part-time.
• Collaborative communicator with the confidence to partner across all levels.
