Are you organised, proactive, and passionate about supporting healthcare teams? Atticus Health is looking for a Part-Time Aged Care Administration Coordinator to join our expanding team, supporting our General Practitioners (GPs), Geriatricians, and aged care services. This is an onsite role based in our Highett office, so it is ideal for candidates who can work on location and is not suitable for hybrid or work-from-home arrangements. The role has been created due to the growth of our aged care team and is perfect for someone looking to work school hours.

What You’ll Do
Provide administrative support to GPs, Geriatricians, and allied health staff
Coordinate appointments, referrals, and aged care services
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality
Assist with compliance, reporting, and Excel-based administrative tasks for aged care
Communicate professionally and compassionately with patients, families, and external providers
Keep daily operations running smoothly
About You
Previous experience in healthcare or medical administration is highly regarded
Confident using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including data entry and basic reporting
Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google workspace
Able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Familiarity with aged care or NDIS environments
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Reliable, independent, and a collaborative team player
Warm, caring, and genuinely committed to supporting others
