About Us:

The Smiles Dentacare is committed to improving oral health awareness among children in Victoria and New South Wales. We’re looking for enthusiastic people to join The Smiles Dentacare in Reservoir – one as a Sales & Bookings Coordinator (outgoing calls to schools, childcare, and aged care centres) and the other as a Administrative Coordinator (scheduling, records, and daily support for our dental team). Key Responsibilities - Salesperson:

Make outgoing calls to schools, child care centres, and aged care facilities to promote mobile dental services.

Book appointments and confirm visit schedules with the centres.

Send accurate information and forms to centres and to the admin team via email.

Build and maintain strong relationships with centres to encourage repeat visits.

Meet booking targets and contribute to the growth of the mobile dental business.

This role suits someone with strong communication skills, confidence on the phone, and the ability to drive new bookings.

Key Responsibilities - Admnistration:

Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate patient lists for upcoming visits.

Perform administrative tasks such as billing, data entry, and maintaining accurate patient records.

Coordinate with the dental team to ensure smooth daily operations at each mobile clinic visit.

Use dental software and other technology platforms to manage records and workflows.

Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email, including responding to enquiries.

This role suits someone highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks behind the scenes to keep operations running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For:

Tech-Savvy Individuals: Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new software and systems.

Administrative/Sales Experience: Previous experience in general admin and sales roles is a plus.

Strong Communication Skills: Confident and professional communication with patients and team members.

Eager Learners: Open to learning the nuances of dental administration and adapting to a fast-paced environment.

Reliable and Organised: Ability to manage tasks independently, maintain accuracy, and meet deadlines.

Requirements:

Reside near Reservoir, Melbourne, for easy access to the home office.

Availability to work during business hours with some flexibility.
