scouted. is proud to exclusively partner with this Industry Leader, a name immediately recognisable in the property industry for its work in Melbourne's Residential Land Development space. Passionate about always delivering on promises, working collaboratively and building life-changing communities, they are seeking to expand their marketing team with the addition of a Specialist Digital Marketing Executive. This role will report directly to the National Marketing Manager who is passionate about mentoring their Team, and be heavily supported by a large Marketing Team and other business functions.

Your Responsibilities:

• Day to day management of all digital channels including website, eDM and social media platforms, CRM, SEO, Construction Portal and associated reporting across all projects
• Social media content creation, calendar creation and execution, boosted posts and community management
• Create eDMs using brand assets and templates, write copy and schedule across multiple active projects and report on performance
• Conduct regular analysis of project and corporate websites to ensure up to date content, optimisation and ROI improvements
• Work in collaboration with Project Marketing Managers to provide creative assets, manage media schedule, post campaign reporting and make recommendations regarding technology/AI implementation

You Will Need:

• 4 - 5 years experience in a marketing role either in-house or with an agency in a Digital specific role (Property exp. ideal but not essential)
• Knowledge of and demonstrated ability to develop and interpret eDM automation, lead nurturing, campaign analytics, CRM Data & SEO
• Ability to build relationships easily with both internal and external stakeholders, Marketing & Development Teams & Creative Agencies
• Passion for digital communication with a drive to keep up to date with the latest technology and trends, particularly the advancement of AI
• Drivers Licence - this is a must as Development Site visits will be required for both content creation and customer assessment/strategy
