Are you a skilled carpenter ready to step into a leadership role? HKC Built is seeking a Leading Carpenter to join our site management team. This is an on-the-tools role, where your trade skills and leadership will directly shape construction outcomes.

About the Role:

Deliver high-quality carpentry work across residential and commercial projects.

Guide and coordinate small teams on site, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Manage relationships with subcontractors, including carpentry crews, and ensure performance meets project expectations.

Adopt and work within our management systems to help control timelines, budgets, and quality.

About You:

Qualified carpenter with strong trade skills.

Experience leading small teams preferred (but not essential if you are confident in learning and applying management systems).

Strong communicator who can build and maintain professional subcontractor relationships.

Hands-on, organised, and reliable, with a focus on delivering quality results.
